Shipping Policy
Products usually ship within 1 business day of receipt of your order. If product is not in stock, we will notify you with an estimated shipping date. Orders will be filled in the order they are received. Payment for order will be charged when product ships.
Shipping/handling charges may include cost of insurance on products shipped from LB Processors, LLC to customer.
Orders placed online are automatically calculated by USPS (postal service). Our order program uses USPS to compute shipping charges based on the weight of the product(s). Orders that weigh 2lbs or more may be shipped by UPS, therefore the shipping may be recalculated here in the office. *If you are a resident of Guam you must list Guam under the State drop down menu to proceed. Leave the United States as the Country* LB Processors reserves the right to choose the most efficient and economical method of shipping unless the customer specifically needs us to ship by their preferred method. (There will be a place on your order form if you should have a preferred method of shipping)
(UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box address)
For orders that are shipped by UPS: UPS automatically includes insurance on products up to $100.00. Additional insurance may be added if product is over $100. For an order shipped by 1st class mail we charge a minimum of $3.00 for shipping. On orders that are being shipped by USPS (priority mail package) the minimum shipping is $5.50 (Please contact us for the exact shipping total especially when sending checks or money orders*). UPS and USPS use zones to calculate shipping cost for different parts of the country which means that it is less expensive to ship to zone 1 than zone 8 for the same package. This makes it impossible to give our customers exact shipping cost from the computer. We do reserve the right to add or subtract cost of shipping charges if they are different than the computer charges. *Shipping charges are only an estimate and may be recalculated in the office to reflect the most efficient and economical shipping method* We hope that our customers will trust that we always have their welfare up most in our conduct of business. Please contact us for the exact shipping total if needed.
Shipping on International Orders
We ship International Letter Post, (uninsured), Priority mail international(insured), Express mail international. At this time we are not shipping to Spain and Mexico because of their customs restrictions. The cost of shipping depends on the weight of the package. We will not be responsible for replacing uninsured packages for loss or damage. *Please Note: We must add the exact cost of the product(s) on the customs form. This has to reflect the exact cost that was applied on your credit card. We cannot put a different amount on the customs form from the cost of the invoice. Please contact us for an exact shipping amount or if you should have any questions.
International shipping rates do not include duties, taxes, or customs brokerage charges. International shipments will be assessed a 3.9% handling fee not included in the price at checkout. International shipments are weighed to the nearest pound so shipping cost may be slightly different than printed shipping charges.
RETURN POLICY
Please Note: Customer is responsible for shipping to and from LB Processors, LLC.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed at LB Processors. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your product within 30 days. All unopened products can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price of the product. Partially used products must be in original container. Any product returned after 30 days will be charged a 20% restocking charge and only unopened/unused products will be accepted. Shipping charges cannot be refundable. Products must be shipped back to LB Processors. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. Refund of the product cost will be credited back to the original credit card that the product was charged on. You will receive a receipt of refund in the mail for your records.
