Shipping & Delivery
We make every effort to ship products the same or next business day after the order is received. Shipping costs are determined by weight of the order, cost of insurance (if necessary), and the carrier most appropriate for delivery. We regularly will use both UPS and the US Postal Service depending on who is least expensive. All orders being sent to a PO Box must go by Postal Service.
Orders shipped by UPS will always be sent by ground, unless otherwise requested by the customer. COD (Cash on Delivery) is not a normal practice and must be approved in advance. Please call if you have questions.
Orders can be shipped to someone other than the person ordering (if requested). If so, we will include only a packing slip (this contains no pricing information). We will then mail the full invoice with the customer receipt to the customer for their records.
We will not falsify value on international orders. All orders will be shipped with accurate value on all shipping forms.

Returns & Replacements
At LB Processors, your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused product within 30 days. Only unopened products will be accepted for return of a full refund of the purchase price of the product. Any product returned after 30 days will be charged a 20% restocking charge and only unopened/unused products will be accepted. Shipping charges are not refundable. Products must be shipped back to LB Processors. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. Refund of the product cost will be credited back to the original credit card on which the product was charged. You will receive a receipt of refund in the mail for your records.
Ordering
LB Processors accepts orders by Internet, phone, or in-person for walk-in customers. We make every effort to ship orders on the same or next business day. We do not retain credit card numbers, but all contact information (address, phone number, email address, and fax number) will be kept on file. All orders will be shipped using the lowest cost carrier and method of delivery, unless otherwise specified.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
LB Processors accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Pay Pal, wire transfers, checks, and money orders. There are three levels of pricing; retail, individual pack wholesale, and bulk wholesale.
- Retail Pricing will be charged for all orders smaller than 1 case
- Individually packed wholesale is 1 or more cases, 2 gallons, 4 pints, or 4 quarts
- Bulk wholesale will be charged for 5 gallon buckets or 55 gallon drums
Promotions and pricing are subject to change at any time. All charges will be made in US Dollars.
